Kinomoto Nadesiko

Sakura's mother, Nadesiko, died when Sakura was very young. She married Sakura's father, Fujitaka, at a very young age. Her family didn't approve of the match and it left them estranged. Rather than take money from them, Nadesiko worked as a model. This has left her immediate family with wonderful photographs of her.

Even though she is no longer alive, Nadesiko still checks in on her family in a spirt form. Her son, Touya, seems to be able to see her.
